We Started by Fixing Other People's Platforms
For years, the three of us kept getting called into the same situation. A data platform that had run out of ideas. A cloud environment nobody wanted to touch. A migration that had been nearly finished for six months.
We'd go in, sort it out, move on. Eventually we asked the obvious question — what if we were there at the start instead? That's the company.
It still shapes how we work. We're comfortable walking into a messy environment and telling you plainly what we find, because that's most of what we've done.
